The Coastal Carolina Base held its annual Memorial Day Observance on Monday, May 31st.
A Memorial Service was conducted at the S-28 Memorial to focus in on crew members of the S-28 which went down on the 4th of July, 1944 near Pearl Harbor. In addition, a picnic and meeting involved 60 members and guests.
